One of Alexandre's most distinctive contributions to the industry is the co-development model he pioneered in France: a system of strategic partnerships with local, regional, and even nationally listed real estate developers. This approach allows him to structure and deliver projects worth tens of millions of euros — with no personal capital contribution and no personal guarantee required.
Today, as he continues to expand internationally, Alexandre shares the CBC Method for free with both first-time and experienced developers around the world — with the goal of building a global network of operators to work alongside.
